Men's Basketball: Penn State Mont Alto 93, Bucks County C.C. 58

Newtown, Pa.- Mont Alto men's basketball faced off against Bucks County C.C. in a rematch of the second game of the year on Tuesday evening. Similar to the first meeting, Mont Alto got the best of the Centurions in a 93-58 win. Mont Alto improves to 14-5 overall with the win and Bucks County C.C. falls to 2-12 with the loss. Veron Talla led all scorers with 16 points and recorded his eighth consecutive double-double with 15 rebounds. Vincent Frene, Saihou Mbergan and Richard Burke each had 11 points and Sam Larbi rounded out the double-digit scorers with 10 points.

Mike Roccograndi (14) and Anthony Washington (13) were the leading scorers for the Centurions. Mont Alto shot 50.7% from the floor and held Bucks County C.C. to just 30.9%. Both teams shot over 70% from the foul line. Mont Alto was efficient from deep converting on 7 of 19 three point attempts as Jaysen Moise led the way with two.
