Women's soccer completes undefeated PSUAC season
With a 7-0 victory over Penn State Beaver on Saturday, the women's soccer team improved to 8-0 in the PSUAC and earned the top overall seed in the PSUAC Championship which begins on Saturday October 30.

The story: Avery Diehl scored twice early finding the back of the net in the 5th and 13th minutes to get Penn State Mont Alto on top early 2-0. Erika Padilla scored in the 28th minute on an assist from Lacey Daum to extend the lead to 3-0. Goals by Jesime Freet, Madison Blyler and Madison Bishop paced the offense in the second half. An own goal by Penn State Beaver would be the final tally in a 7-0 decision. Saturday marked the final home regular season contest for Kara Newell, Shania Atherton, Madison Bishop and Jesime Freet. Saturday was also the Annual Pink Out Game in which the soccer teams raised money for the Cumberland Valley Breast Care Alliance (CVBCA).
