2025 PSUAC Women's Soccer Championship: Penn State Schuylkill 2, Penn State Mont Alto 1
UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa.- Mont Alto women's soccer faced off against Penn State Schuylkill in the 2025 PSUAC Women's Soccer Championship at Panzer Stadium on Tuesday evening. Schuylkill defeated Mont Alto 2-1 to win their second straight PSUAC title.
Leah Alexander wasted no time for Schuylkill, sending home a centering cross in the 6th minute for Schuylkill's first goal of the game. Both teams would remain scoreless through the remainder of the first half and Schuylkill would go into the break with a 1-0 advantage.
In the 50th minute, Madison Warnack extended the Schuykill lead to two on an unassisted goal. Mont Alto quickly erased that goal as Grace Lochner sent a pass into the zone off the restart and Cameron Dillow put it home to trail only 2-1.
Mont Alto couldn't find the equalizer as they dropped to Schuylkill for the third time this season in a 2-1 loss.
Up Next: Mont Alto advances to the USCAA Women's Soccer Championships via an at-large bid and will take on NHTI on Friday, November 14 at 6:15pm in opening action from Coraopolis, Pa.
