FREE Fitness Classes Start

 

 

Come out and try FREE new and fun fitness classes offered in the MAC.  These classes are available to Mont Alto students, faculty, and staff. 

Class schedule starting 1/19/2011.  Days and times may change, stay updated on Penn State Mont Alto Athletics website.

 

Monday:
12:15p.m. - 1:00p.m.        Cardio/Kickboxing
2:00p.m. - 3:00p.m.          Zumba
8:30p.m. - 9:30p.m.          Zumba/Hip-hop


Tuesday:
8:30p.m. - 9:30p.m.          Zumba/Hiphop

Wednesday:
12:15p.m. - 1:00p.m.        Cardio/Kickboxing
2:00p.m. - 3:00p.m.          Zumba
5:30p.m. - 6:30p.m.          Zumba


Thursday:
8:30p.m. - 9:30p.m.          Zumba/Hiphop

Friday:
12:15p.m. - 1:00p.m.        Cardi/Kickboxing
2:00p.m. -  3:00p.m.          Zumba
